UCLA School of the Arts and Architecture Summer Programs offer transformative experiences across visual arts, architecture, design, media arts, and cultural studies—all within a leading research university in Los Angeles, the world's creative capital. 

Summer Sessions

Six week courses available for current university and community college students and anyone looking to gain a new skill or go back to school.

Pre-College Summer Institutes

Earn college credit in one to four weeks while advancing their abilities and academic careers in an area of study.

Learn from working artists, designers, and scholars who are part of the UCLA Arts community of award-winning faculty and emerging practitioners pushing boundaries in their fields. Our teaching artist model means instructors are actively creating, exhibiting, designing, and innovating—bringing real-world practice into every class.
